What is Soarne? An improvement community for every FPS

Not an aim trainer, not one game, and not a channel that only talks about aim. Here is what it is instead.

Soarne is a free improvement community for competitive games. The website is a searchable library of guides on everything trainable in a shooter: mechanics, the mental side, and the lifestyle underneath both. The Discord is where the community lives. Coaching sits on top for people who want a second pair of eyes. It covers more than one game, with a lead per title, and it is honest about what it does and does not know.

Why it exists

Improvement advice for competitive games is scattered across videos, threads and Discord servers. Most of it is about aim, and most of it comes from someone selling something. The parts that decide matches once your aim is decent, decision-making, tilt, sleep, the way you review your own games, get a fraction of the attention.

Soarne puts all of it in one place, sorted so you can find the guide for your game and your problem in seconds. That is the whole idea. Discord for the people, the site for the knowledge.

The three pillars

Every guide belongs to one of three pillars.

Mechanics is what you do with your hands once the round starts: crosshair placement, movement, utility, clearing angles. Raw aim-trainer work belongs at Voltaic, and we send people there. Everything you do with that aim in an actual match belongs here.

Mental is tilt, nerves, focus, plateaus, comms and honest review. It decides whether your mechanics show up when the round matters.

Lifestyle is sleep, food, caffeine, posture and session length. The hours away from the desk that decide the hours at it, and the pillar most players skip.

How the guides work

Every guide follows one shape: the problem, why it matters, what to do. The shape forces the writer to name a problem you will recognise, justify why it is worth your time, and end with steps you can do tonight. If a guide cannot do all three, it does not get published.

Guides are tagged by game and pillar and given a level, and the bigger topics come in a Simple and an Advanced cut. The advanced versions cite the studies and say out loud what the research does not show. If a claim is not backed, the guide says so rather than pretending.

Not an aim trainer

This is worth saying twice. Soarne is not an aim trainer and is not trying to be one. Voltaic does raw aim-trainer improvement properly, its benchmarks are the standard, and we recommend them without hesitation. Soarne is about the half a trainer leaves out on purpose: where you look before the target appears, whether you stopped before you shot, and whether you were still thinking clearly in round twenty.

The games

One hub per title, run by a lead who plays it at a high level. Counter-Strike 2 is live, run by the founder. Valorant, Apex Legends, Overwatch 2 and Rainbow Six Siege are coming-soon hubs: real pages that say what the hub will cover and which general guides apply today, waiting for a lead to take them on.

The founder does not claim expertise in every game. Each lead owns their title's guides, coaching and Discord channel, and says honestly what they do and do not know. If a hub says coming soon, that is because nobody qualified has taken it on yet, not because it is being faked.

Coaching

The guides get you a long way. Coaching is for when you know something is wrong and cannot find it alone. Sessions are one-to-one, on Discord, with people who play your game at a high level. You fill in a short form, a person reads it and matches you by hand, or tells you straight that nobody covers your game yet. Nothing is paid through the site. Rates are agreed with the coach.

What you will not find here

Rank guarantees. Secret settings. Testimonials nobody can verify. A guide that exists to sell you something. Everything in the library is free, and it stays that way.

Where to start

Read the about page for the full picture and how to become a game lead. Open the library and filter by your game and your problem. See which games are live. If you have hit a wall, request coaching. And join the Discord, because that is where the next guide gets argued about before it gets written.

Talk about this in the Discord

Questions, pushback and your own results all go in the Discord. That is where the next post gets shaped.

Is Voltaic worth it if you play CS2 or Valorant ranked?

Yes, for the job it does. The mistake is expecting it to do the job it deliberately leaves out.
