About Soarne
Soarne is a multi-esports improvement community. Everything that is trainable in competitive games, in one place, organised by game and by pillar, written by people who play at a high level and are honest about what they know.
Why it exists
Improvement advice for competitive games is scattered across videos, threads and Discord servers. Most of it is about aim, and most of it comes from someone selling something. The parts that decide matches once your aim is decent, decision-making, tilt, sleep, the way you review, get a fraction of the attention.
Soarne puts all of it in one searchable place, sorted so you can find the guide for your game and your problem in seconds. The Discord is where the community lives. This site is where the knowledge lives.
What it covers
Three pillars. Mechanics is what you do with your hands once the round starts: crosshair placement, movement, utility, clearing. Mental is tilt, nerves, focus, plateaus and the habit of reviewing honestly. Lifestyle is sleep, food, caffeine, posture and session length, the hours away from the desk that decide the hours at it.
Soarne is not an aim trainer and does not want to be one. Voltaic does raw aim-trainer improvement properly, and we send people there for it. Soarne is what happens with those mechanics once you are in a match, plus everything around the match, across titles.
The method
Every guide follows one shape: the problem, why it matters, what to do. The shape forces the writer to name a specific problem you will recognise, justify why it is worth your time, and end with steps you can do tonight. If a guide cannot do all three, it does not get published.
Guides are tagged by game and pillar and given a level, so a beginner and a semi-pro can both find what applies to them. Each one is argued about in the Discord before it is written, and revised when the community proves it wrong.
What you will not find here: rank guarantees, secret settings, or a guide that exists to sell you something. Everything in the library is free.
The founders
None of them claims expertise in every title. Each game has a lead who owns that game, and the founders run the structure around them. If a hub says coming soon, that is because nobody qualified has taken it on yet, not because it is being faked.
How the hubs work
One hub per game. A live hub has a lead, guides, coaching if the lead offers it, and a channel in the Discord. A coming-soon hub is a real page: what it will cover, which general guides apply today, and a call for a lead, so the game is never a dead end.

Become a lead
A lead is a high-level player who can explain why, not just what. You do not need to be the best in the region. You need to be honest about what you know and able to write it down clearly.
What a lead owns
- The guides for your title, written or reviewed by you, in the problem, why it matters, what to do shape.
- Your game channel in the Discord, kept useful and kept honest.
- Coaching for your game, either yourself or people you vouch for.
- The coming-soon page becoming a live hub, with your name on it.
What we look for
- A high rank or competitive results in your title, and the hours behind them.
- The ability to explain a decision in plain words to someone three ranks below you.
- Willingness to say "I do not know" in public. That is the whole brand.
- A few hours a week, consistently, rather than a burst and a disappearance.
How to apply
Join the Discord and say which game you want and why you. Send a sample if you have one: a guide, a video, a review of someone else's game. One of the founders will talk to you directly.
